The Connection
Retreat
Dorset, UK
25-28 October 2024
Come and cosy up for a weekend of heart-led movement, deep rest, community, CONNECTION, and rejuvenation in a beautiful Georgian Farmhouse in the Dorset countryside.
Soothe the mind, restore the body and nourish the soul with a journey through the five senses to cultivate a deeper connection with your body, with nature, your heart, and your sense of self.
Just a couple of hours from London and only 30 minutes from Salisbury, this is the perfect way to gift yourself quality time to tend to your heart, honour the call to rest and replenish your energy through the power of yoga, breath, nature, and heart connections.
Creating and holding space for you to drop the burden of expectations and instead drop into deeper connection with yourself with compassion and curiosity is what I am truly passionate about.
This retreat has been curated with the deepest love to give you just that.
You will be guided through practices that not only allow you to be curious and listen with greater discernment as to what your body, nervous system and heart are calling for, but to also empower you to respond with greater compassion and cultivate a felt sense of inner safety, self-love, and self-trust.
This retreat is for you because...
You long for deeper connection – to yourself and the world around you.
You have been searching for joy outside of yourself and are ready to find it from within.
You want to feel seen, heard, and held with deep love and compassion.
You are in a time of transition and uncertainty and want to reconnect with an inner sense of trust and strength so that you can navigate challenges and changes with more grace and ease.
You want to feel empowered to break free from comparison and not feeling good enough and reclaim your power.
You want to feel an embodied sense of confidence, ease, and freedom to be you.
You want to heal your heart and come home to yourself with greater love and trust.

The Yoga
I am passionate about offering yoga that guides you back to yourself and that empowers you to practise in a way that is supportive to you, by cultivating awareness of what will best support you on and off your mat.
Drawing upon my experience of various yoga styles, including chakra theory, tantra hatha, elemental yoga, yin and therapeutic somatic movement, I offer a practice that aims to unravel the tensions and old stories held in your body to help you return to your truth and to feel whole once more.
The intention of yoga is to unite mind, body and soul and it is my intention to inspire this with a holistic approach to yoga.
Through nourishing movement, guided meditation, and pranayama (breathing practices) the offering for this retreat will be a blend of energising and uplifting morning practices, balanced with restorative and grounding evening practices to soothe the nervous system and the soul.
My inclusive teaching style creates an environment of acceptance and exploration by offering a range of options (including the use of props) allowing you the freedom to discover you own unique body at your own pace.
Your home for the weekend
Nestled in an area of outstanding beauty, your home for the weekend will be a beautifully renovated Georgian farmhouse in the Dorset countryside.
Within easy reach of London and just 30 minutes outside Salisbury, this warm and comfortable farmhouse has a range of twin or solo occupancy rooms - all with en-suite bathrooms.
Cosy and warm - there are plenty of spaces to snuggle up with a book or relax by the fire, have a dip in the heated indoor swimming pool, and even warm your bones in the sauna after a refreshing winter walk in the beautiful grounds and surrounding countryside.
Coming alone?
Personally, I have attended many retreats as a solo guest and so do many others.
You will be welcomed with open arms and so much love!
Some of my best best friends are people that I have met and shared rooms with on retreats – my current housemate here in Bali is one those beautiful retreat connections!
If you have any worries or concerns, please don’t hesitate to get in touch.
