That's why I'm fiercely committed to creating a space that feels not only safe and compassionate but deeply empowering, too.
Life's challenges - rejection, anxiety, feelings of grief and loss, and chronic illness once left me adrift, feeling lost and detached from my body, my sense of sense and the world around me.
For what seemed like an eternity, I wandered, seeking happiness and validation from outside. Hiding myself away as I struggled to find my true self, my passions, and my path.
Curiosity and a determination to not let that be my story lead me to explore the healing powers of yoga, hypnotherapy, breathwork, talking-therapy and much much more.
Through the tools and practices I've acquired, I learned a powerful truth: healing and fulfillment aren't out there. They reside within. And I'm here to help you unlock that for yourself.

Every person is unique, and so should their journey be. My driving goal is not just to guide but to empower and support you in becoming your own healer. To realise this, I pull from a diverse array of techniques spanning yoga, breathwork, coaching, hypnotherapy, and somatic therapy, amongst others.
Coaching - we check-in with you, who are you, and where you are. We get focused on your current challenges and make a clear action plan to get you to where you want to be.
Movement and breathwork - Through these powerful tools you will learn to embody the transformation by moving stagnant energy and emotion through the body. Stepping into a calm, confident and vibrant you.
Hypnotherapy - unearth the root cause of your obstacles ready to resolve them, creating new neural pathways to recalibrate your relationship with yourself and the world around you.
We can work together from as little as four sessions to longer programmes where you can receive ongoing support and mentorship.

Where are the sessions held?
All sessions are held via Zoom.
What is hypnotherapy?
Hypnosis is a natural state and is a lot like daydreaming or being engrossed in a TV programme and not being able to hear what else is going on in the room. In the relaxed state of hypnosis, you will be in control of yourself at all times.
I will talk you through guided relaxation and when in the relaxed state of hypnosis, you will have greater access to your subconscious mind, enabling you to understand and resolve the root cause of your symptoms.
Can I be hypnotised?
Hypnosis is a natural state and is a lot like daydreaming or being engrossed in a TV programme so can be achieved by anyone. Hypnosis is a relaxed state where the thinking mind can drop away and you can gain access to the subconscious mind – however, if you do not want to be hypnotised then it will be extremely difficult to enter the hypnosis state as it is all about relaxation.
Will the movement exercise be difficult?
The movement practices that I guide you through will be designed specifically to you and your needs based on our discussion in the Initial Session and on-going check-ins. There may be challenging elements, but they will be designed with you in mind.
