Healing isn’t an easy journey and can feel very lonely, that is why I am passionate about providing a space that is not only supportive, compassionate, but empowering too.
 

My own experience of childhood trauma, anxiety, depression, loss, and chronic illness left me with a deep sense of feeling lost and disconnected  from my own needs and desires. For years I sought something outside of myself to make me happy, desperately looking for approval and validation from others.
The practices, tools and techniques that I have studied and experiencd along my own healing journey enabled me to turn my gaze inwards and discover that what I was seeking, along with my own ability to heal, already lay within.

What is Transformational Holistic Coaching?

Transformational life coaching programmes that are unique to you and your needs.
Using a blend of life coaching, hypnotherapy, yogic tools, journaling and more, I will create a programme to support and challange you in the best way possible.

Coaching - we check-in with you, who are you, and where you are. We get focused on your current challenges and make a clear action plan to get you to where you want to be.

Movement and breathwork -    Through these powerful tools you will learn to embody the transformation by moving stagnant energy and emotion through the body. Stepping into a calm, confident and vibrant you.

Hypnotherapy - unearth the root cause of your obstacles ready to resolve them, creating new neural pathways to recalibrate your relationship with yourself and the world around you.

LIBERATE

A powerful one-off 3-hour breakthrough session to get clear on any specific area that needs your focus and attention. Get clear on the belief systems and habits that are keeping you stuck. With a bespoke and holistic approach, this session will empower you to break free of self-limiting beliefs and behaviours so that you can take the steps towards a living a more joyful life with a deep sense of aliveness and liberation.

Before our session together you will complete the Liberate questionnaire which will help me to get a clear idea of where you are, what your challenges are, and where you want to be - that means that we can start working on this together as soon as your session starts.
After your session you will have a check-in call to see how you are getting on, keeping you accountable and o  track.

Through a powerful and unique blend of transformational life coaching, movement, breath, hypnotherapy and other powerful techniques, holistic coaching will assist you in your transformation by helping you to unearth the root cause of your beliefs, symptoms and habits by providing a holistic path to healing.

Working primarily with the subconscious mind and the subtle energetic body, these powerful and effective healing programmes will help you to gain clarity and understanding of the reasons why you feel the way you do and release what no longer serves you on a physical, psychological, energetic, and emotional level.

What's included ?

Weekly Holistic Coaching session
Following an initial sesssion to get clear on what your unique goals are, a completely uniqute programme will be created to align with your needs, making our work together powerful and transformative.
Each session will begin with a check-in to keep you on track and guide the focus of that session. In some sessions we may explore in greater depth the tools of movement, breathwork, and/or soundwork, or we may dive into your mindset with visualisation, hypnotherapy or journaling. Each session will be bespoke to you!


Bespoke yoga, meditation and breathing practice (recorded)

Using the information gathered in your initial session, a bespoke yoga, meditation and breathwork practice will be designed and recorded for you to do in your own time.
The practices will be put together by drawing upon my experience of various yoga styles, including chakra theory, tantra hatha, elemental yoga, and therapeutic somatic movement.


Journaling prompts & exercises to complete between sessions.
Between our sessions together, your healing work will be supported by bespoke guided exercises and journaling prompts, each surrounding a different theme, for deeper self-enquiry and to accelerate personal growth.

 

Bespoke recorded guided hypnosis.

Using the information gathered in the initial session, a bespoke guided hypnosis will be created for you to help support you in your transformation between sessions and beyond.

FAQs

Where are the sessions held?
All sessions are held via Zoom.
 

What is analytical hypnotherapy?

Analytical, or Psychodynamic, Hypnotherapy is a powerful, in-depth, therapeutic approach, blending psychotherapy and hypnotherapy to unearth and resolve the root cause of any psychological and physiological issues.
 

Hypnosis is a natural state and is a lot like daydreaming or being engrossed in a TV programme and not being able to hear what else is going on in the room. In the relaxed state of hypnosis, you will be in control of yourself at all times.
 

I will talk you through guided relaxation and when in the relaxed state of hypnosis, you will have greater access to your subconscious mind, enabling you to understand and resolve the root cause of your symptoms.


Can I be hypnotised?

Hypnosis is a natural state and is a lot like daydreaming or being engrossed in a TV programme so can be achieved by anyone. Hypnosis is a relaxed state where the thinking mind can drop away and you can gain access to the subconscious mind – however, if you do not want to be hypnotised then it will be extremely difficult to enter the hypnosis state as it is all about relaxation.
 

Will the yoga classes be difficult?

The yoga class will be designed specifically to you and your needs based on our discussion in the Initial Session. There may be challenging elements within the class, but they will be designed with your yoga experience and needs in mind.
 

How often do I need to do the (pre-recorded) yoga classes?

You get out what you put in. During the Initial Session we will discuss what is realistic for you to be able to find into your day/week and the class will be a length that is appropriate to you.
 

Can I pay in instalments?

Yes. Payment by instalments is available.
