Healing isn’t an easy journey and can feel very lonely, that is why I am passionate about providing a space that is not only supportive, compassionate, but empowering too.
My own experience of childhood trauma, anxiety, depression, loss, and chronic illness left me with a deep sense of feeling lost and disconnected from my own needs and desires. For years I sought something outside of myself to make me happy, desperately looking for approval and validation from others.
The practices, tools and techniques that I have studied and experiencd along my own healing journey enabled me to turn my gaze inwards and discover that what I was seeking, along with my own ability to heal, already lay within.

What is Transformational Holistic Coaching?
Transformational life coaching programmes that are unique to you and your needs.
Using a blend of life coaching, hypnotherapy, yogic tools, journaling and more, I will create a bespoke programme to support and challange you in the best way possible.
Coaching - we check-in with you, who are you, and where you are. We get focused on your current challenges and make a clear action plan to get you to where you want to be.
Movement and breathwork - Through these powerful tools you will learn to embody the transformation by moving stagnant energy and emotion through the body. Stepping into a calm, confident and vibrant you.
Hypnotherapy - unearth the root cause of your obstacles ready to resolve them, creating new neural pathways to recalibrate your relationship with yourself and the world around you.
Where are the sessions held?
All sessions are held via Zoom.
What is analytical hypnotherapy?
Analytical, or Psychodynamic, Hypnotherapy is a powerful, in-depth, therapeutic approach, blending psychotherapy and hypnotherapy to unearth and resolve the root cause of any psychological and physiological issues.
Hypnosis is a natural state and is a lot like daydreaming or being engrossed in a TV programme and not being able to hear what else is going on in the room. In the relaxed state of hypnosis, you will be in control of yourself at all times.
I will talk you through guided relaxation and when in the relaxed state of hypnosis, you will have greater access to your subconscious mind, enabling you to understand and resolve the root cause of your symptoms.
Can I be hypnotised?
Hypnosis is a natural state and is a lot like daydreaming or being engrossed in a TV programme so can be achieved by anyone. Hypnosis is a relaxed state where the thinking mind can drop away and you can gain access to the subconscious mind – however, if you do not want to be hypnotised then it will be extremely difficult to enter the hypnosis state as it is all about relaxation.
Will the yoga classes be difficult?
The yoga class will be designed specifically to you and your needs based on our discussion in the Initial Session. There may be challenging elements within the class, but they will be designed with your yoga experience and needs in mind.
How often do I need to do the (pre-recorded) yoga classes?
You get out what you put in. During the Initial Session we will discuss what is realistic for you to be able to find into your day/week and the class will be a length that is appropriate to you.
Can I pay in instalments?
Yes. Payment by instalments is available.
