Guiding you to embody the confidence you've always wanted

Firstly, I'd like to say that just being here shows immense courage and self-awareness.
 

Embarking on a healing journey can feel daunting.
I know, I’ve been there too!

That's why I'm fiercely committed to creating a space that feels not only safe and compassionate but deeply empowering, too.

 

Life's challenges - anxiety, depression, experiences of grief and loss, and chronic illness once left me feeling completely lost, detached from my body and who I was. My confidence and sense of self were at an all time low.
 

For what seemed like an eternity, I wandered, seeking happiness and validation from outside. Hiding myself away as I struggled to find my true self, my passions, and my path.
 

BUT, the determination to not let that be my story lead me to explore the healing powers of yoga, which sparked a whole other journey of self-exploration through other healing modalities.

It is through the tools and practices that I've acquired, that I learned a powerful truth: healing and fulfilment aren't ‘out there’. They reside within. And I'm here to help you unlock that for yourself.

My mission is not just to guide you, but to empower, nurture, and support you in becoming the version of you you’ve always wanted to be. To wake up in the morning feeling vibrant, calm, and connected to who you truly are. To realise this, I pull from a diverse array of modalities including yoga, breathwork, coaching, hypnotherapy, and somatic therapy to provide a truly unique and holistic approach.

CONSCIOUS MIND

Here we check-in with you - who are you, where you are and where you want to be. 

After getting clear on your current challenges and your goals I will create a holistic and tailored plan for our time working together. Exercises such as getting clear on your values and journaling prompts and any other practices that will help.

BODY

Working with the body is an incredibly powerful tool and one that is often forgotten. Therapeutic somatic practices such as yoga, breath, and sound, will allow you to drop back into the body, releasing tensions and helping you to embody the transformation you've been seeking. Stepping into a calm, confident and vibrant you.

SUBCONSCIOUS MIND

By working with tools such as Inner-Child Healing, Parts Therapy, and Shadow-work, you will unearth the root cause of your obstacles ready to resolve them, creating new neural pathways to reframe your relationship with yourself and the world around you. Giving you the power of confidence, trust, and joy!

THE DETAILS

Your 3 month programme includes:

1 x Discovery Session -  a dive deep for 75 minutes to map out your journey. Pinpointing key challenges and outcomes to focus on. 

1 x Bespoke Programme - 

after the Discovery session I will go away and create a bespoke and tailored programme just for you. 

6 x 1:1 Sessions - we wi
ll meet every 2 weeks for 75-90 minutes, working with a blended and holistic approach.
