My style of teaching encourages you to bring your whole self to the mat as I guide you through a practice to move and feel from the inside.

Every body is unique - we all use our bodies in different ways, are born with our own beautiful and unique structure. I strongly believe in offering a practice that is sustainable and that will encourage you to discover what feels good within your own body.
Bespoke private yoga classes
Gifting yourself the time to deepen your pracitice is a truly special experience.
Your yoga journey is unique to you and a private one-to-one class tailored to your specific needs can bring increased benefits to your practice, both on and off the mat.
We are all blessed with unique body structures, store tension in different ways and come to yoga for our own special reasons.
With a private class you will receive one-to-one attention, focusing on any aspect of your practice that you choose.
Whether you are new to yoga and would like to understand what it's all about before attending a group class, are recovering from injury, looking to deepen a certain aspect of your practice or simply have a personal guided restorative class, your session will be truly bespoke to you.
All sessions end with a deeply restorative guided relaxation, helping you to bring balance to the nervous system and fully absorb all the many benefits of your practice.
During your private one-to-one session you will have the opportunity to truly focus on your own practice and tune in to what your body, mind and heart need.
Prior to your class we will discuss what you hope to gain from your private session/s. Once we have a clear sense of your goals a unique class will be created for you, based on your specific needs.
Your session will be designed by drawing on my experience of various styles and traditions of yoga included therapeutic applications or movement, breathwork and meditation.

On-ot-on yoga in-person: £60 per hour + travel (subject to availabilty and distance)

This extended class is an opportunity to deepen your relationship with yourself, reignite your yoga practice, invest in more time on your mat or discover it for the first time - all are welcome.
A complete practice of asana (the physical practice of yoga), pranayama (breathwork), guided meditation, and self-enquiry, you will be guided from the floor to standing and back to the floor again where you will be invited settle into stillness, bringing balance to your practice as well as mind, body, and soul.
A blend of Yin and Yang, this extended class will ignite your inner fire and encourage the thinking mind to drop away with flowing, mindful movement. Whilst longer held Yin poses will help clear the way for effectively opening the energetic pathways, preparing mind and body for meditation and the rest of your weekend.
