I am passionate about offering classes that will inspire you to move with curiosity and awareness, finding freedom in your body, mind, and heart.
 

Drawing from a range of styles of yoga, including Tantra, Somatic Yoga Therapy, and Ayurveda - my style of teaching encourages you to bring your whole self to the mat as I guide you through a practice to move and feel from the inside. 

Offering classes that bring balance to mind & body and awaken you to your magnificance is what I am passionate about and I can't wait to share the magic of yoga with you!

​Every body is unique - we all use our bodies in different ways and are born with our own beautiful and unique structure. I strongly believe in offering a practice that is not only transformative but sustainable too.  A practice that will encourage you to discover what feels good within your own body and heart and empower you to listen to the wisdom within.

Welcome to the newly launched on-demand library, a personal sanctuary I've created for you to deepen your practice at your own pace - wherever you are in the world. 

 

Whether you're in the mood for the fluidity of a vinyasa flow, the calm of meditation, the transformative power of breath, the mindful exploration of somatic movement, or the comforting stillness of yin and restorative classes, this space is designed for you.

Opt for a monthly subscription for unlimited access or rent classes individually - and practice your way.

 

Every month, I'll be adding more sessions to the library, ensuring there's always something fresh to explore. 

Bespoke private yoga classes

​Gifting yourself the time to deepen your practice and your relationship with yourself is a truly special experience.
Your yoga journey is unique to you and a private one-to-one class tailored to your specific needs can bring increased benefits to your practice, both on and off the mat.

 

We are all blessed with our own unique body structures, and have our own stories, experiences and conditioning that contribute to how we store and hold tension in our minds and bodies.  For this reason I wholeheartedly believe that a functional and holistic approach is what allows us to make lasting and sustainable change.
 

With a private session you will receive one-to-one attention, giving you a truly bespoke and unique experience.
During your private one-to-one session you will have the opportunity to truly focus on your own practice and tune in to what your body, mind and heart need.

How it works...

 

Prior to your class we will discuss what you hope to gain from your private session/s. Once we have a clear sense of your goals a unique programme will be created for you, based on your specific needs.
 

Your session will be designed by drawing on my experience of various styles and traditions of yoga included therapeutic applications or movement, breathwork and meditation.
