I am passionate about offering classes that will inspire you to move with curiosity and awareness, finding freedom in your body, mind, and heart.
Drawing from a range of styles of yoga, including Tantra Hatha, Somatic Yoga Therapy, Ayurveda, and Yin - my style of teaching encourages you to bring your whole self to the mat as I guide you through a practice to move and feel from the inside.
Offering classes that bring balance to mind & body and awaken you to your magnificance is what I am passionate about and I can't wait to share the magic of yoga with you!​

Prioritise Yourself – A private session gives you personalised, one-to-one guidance tailored to your needs. Whether you're new to yoga or looking to deepen your practice, you'll receive expert support to help you reconnect with your body, build confidence, and feel truly at ease in yourself.
One-to-one sessions are held online or in-person within the Winchester area.
