With over six years working in the wellness industry I have a passion for helping you feel like you again.
Through my experience as a yoga teeacher and hypnotherapist I have become skilled at holding the space for my clients in a deeply supportive and compassionate way, so that they may discover their own innate strength and ability to heal.
My own experiences of anxiety, depression, loss and chronic illness have guided me to where I am today and the work that I do. I believe in the power and beauty of the tools and techniques that I share and cannot wait to share them wiht you too.
