My intention is to create a space where you can allow the outside world to drop away and come home to yourself. A space to be held and supported. A space to be inspired, nourished, and empowered. 


Let me introduce myself...

My name is Lisa - Experienced Yoga Teacher and Holistic Mentor, with a calling to guide you back home to yourself and lead a life with embodied presence, confidence, ease. 

My journey hasn’t always been smooth – I've grappled with anxiety and depression. Experienced the anguish of grief. Endured chronic pain, and faced those daunting moments of feeling utterly lost and alone.


But it's these very challenges that have carved my path and lead me to the work I do today. 

My work fuses my personal experiences with the wisdom of ancient yoga practices, nervous system support techniques, somatic yoga therapy, and hypnotherapy to create a unique and holistic approach.  

I offer a nurturing and supportive space where we can journey together, drawing strength from vulnerability to guide you back to yourself with more confidence, joy, and ease.

I've walked this path, and I'm here to guide and empower you every step of the way.
