for this magical weekend yoga retreat.
Set in 70 acres of magical woodland this is a wonderful opportunity to switch off and reconnect to yourself and to the healing powers of nature. Whether you are seeking to reduce stress, to slow things down, or simply be more kind to yourself, you are invited to join us on this deeply healing and nurturing retreat. Through movement, breath, stillness and nature we will seek to ground and expand the soul by connecting to the true essence of who you are and embracing a quiet sense of joy.
Your home for the weekend
Nestled amoungst the trees of conservation woodland, Hazel Hill Wood is just 6 miles from the historical city of Salisbury.
The beauty is in it's rustic simplicity. Our home for the weekend is set in handcrafted, sustainable, eco buildings - all are off grid and free from the distractions of modern life. Buildings are heated by wood burning stoves and fuelled by the wood from our woodland home. There is limited phone signal and only one plug socket onsite, so this is the perfect opportunity to log off from the digital world and reconnect to a simpler way of being.
Accommodation - There are a mixture of twin and single rooms available, each with access to shared shower and toitet facilities (please note these are not en-suite).
Owing to it's rustic charm, please be aware that you will need to bring your own bedding (i.e. a sheet and duvet/sleeping bag and pillow). A suggested packing list will be provided in your welcome pack after booking.

I am passionate about offering yoga that guides you back to yourself and that empowers you to practise in a way that is supportive to you, by cultivating awareness of what will best support you on and off your mat.
Drawing upon my experience of various yoga styles, including chakra theory, tantra hatha, elemental yoga, yin and therapeutic somatic movement, I offer a practice that aims to unravel the tensions and old stories held in your body to help you return to your truth and to feel whole once more.
The intention of yoga is to unite mind, body and soul and it is my intention to inspire this with a holistic approach to yoga.
Through nourishing movement, guided meditation, and pranayama (breathing practices) the offering for this retreat will be a blend of energising and uplifting morning practices, balanced with restorative and grounding evening practices to soothe the nervous system and the soul.
My inclusive teaching style creates an environment of acceptance and exploration by offering a range of options (including the use of props) allowing you the freedom to discover you own unique body at your own pace.
