Using a unique blend of yogic principles, life coaching and nervous system regulation tools, Lisa's tailored approach ensures you'll walk away with the tools needed to break away from patterns that no longer serve you and empower you to take your healing into your own hands.
I am passionate about offering yoga that guides you back to yourself and that empowers you to practise in a way that is supportive to you, by cultivating awareness of what will best support you on and off your mat.
Drawing upon my experience of various yoga styles - including chakra theory, ashtanga, traditional tantra hatha, elemental mandala yoga, yin and therapeutic applications of yoga including yoga for anxiety, chronic fatigue, and somatic movement - I offer a practice that aims to unravel the tensions and old stories held within your body to help you return to your truth and to feel whole once more.
Yoga invites us transform our relationship to ourselves through practices that unite mind, body and soul, bringing us close to the true essence of who we truly are. My intention is always to inspire this with an approach to yoga that holistic and functional.
My inclusive teaching style creates an environment of acceptance and exploration by offering a range of options (including the use of props) allowing you the freedom to discover your own unique physical, mental and emotional landscape at your own pace.
