Class Description
A sigh of relief for the soul! This evening class offers the perfect blend of gentle flowing movement and restorative stillness to leave you feeling more rested, grounded in your body, and ready for a deeply healing night's sleep. We begin with gentle, rhythmic movement to help you experience a deep sense of inner calm as you drop out of your head and back into your body. We then into the 'Yin' portion of the practice - settling into stillness by holding poses to allow for the release of deeply held tension within the body. This class promotes deep relaxation, a release of physical tension, and a renewed sense of energy. Suitable for all levels. Attend in-person or stream online
