Set in a peaceful private woodland, Lisa will guide you through practices designed to reawaken the soul, soothe the nervous system, release tension, and welcome the new season with a deep sense of lightness and clarity. Whether you're marking Mother’s Day with a moment of self-care or simply embracing the change in season, this is an opportunity to rest, breathe deeply, and be nourished by nature. This magical yoga and sauna retreat includes: Yoga in the Woods – Yoga and pranayama designed to mirror the energy of early spring, bringing you a renewed sense of spaciousness and ease. Moving from the ground up this practice will encourage you to move slowly and mindfully, inviting you to feel grounded yet revitalised. Guided visualisation. Wood-Fired Sauna – Melt away tension and immerse yourself in the soothing heat of the wood-fired sauna. For those who wish, there is the option to experience contrast therapy by moving between the deep warmth of a wood-fired sauna and the refreshing cold of an ice bath, supporting circulation, relaxation, and nervous system resilience. Campfire chats and chai – End the afternoon gathered around the fire with a warm cup of chai, taking time to reflect, chat, and forge new connections.
